Motorcycle Mission: Accomplished
BMW S1000RR. After reviewing and testing numerous motorcycles, I chose a BMW Superbike. The choice was made easy because the RR has the performance to compete and win with any street Superbike and the top safety features of any make. Favorite features of the RR: 1) gearshift assist enables upshifting without actuating the clutch and shifting time is reduced to a minimum; 2) there are four riding modes to choose from for adjusting the RR to the weather, road conditions and driving style: RAIN (wet conditions), SPORT (default), RACE (personal favorite), SLICK (for racing with slicks only); 3) Tachometer is the best I've ever seen on anything motor driven because its easy to read in any light conditions during acceleration and it redlines at 14,250 rpm; 4) and 2 setting heated grips because warm hands equals happy rider!
